Hey there, my name is Gage, and I’m the guy behind the burritos. I live down in Bay County, FL with my awesome wife and our son doing my best to soak up the good stuff -family time, great food, and coastal air.

My journey started in the kitchen. I went to culinary school nearly 20 years ago to study baking and pastry. Ive worked as a pastry chef in kitchens and bakeries where precision mattered, where flavor wasn’t just expected -it was crafted. That same mindset stuck with me, even when I shifted gears and started a carpentry business. Working with wood brought out the same satisfaction: take raw materials, do it right, and end up with something real.

All along the way, I kept making burritos. Frozen burritos became my go-to: something quick to heat up on a lunch break, a fast dinner after a long day, or even something I could warm in the truck window if I had to. Over time, I kept tweaking the recipe -chasing something that wasn’t just convenient, but genuinely delicious. I didn’t want just fast food. I wanted something worth eating.
